Amazon Residence Pattaya is a condominium project located in Jomtien, Thailand that was recently completed in early 2016. The project was developed by Matrix Developments Co., Ltd, a locally based and experienced developer.
Amazon Residence Pattaya consists of four low-rise, 8-story buildings that contain a total of 795 units. The buildings are situated around a large ground floor communal swimming pool with elevated footbridges and surrounded by a tropical landscape and artificial rock formations.
